E Course Survey - I need your input!!

Hello Friends,

I am in the process of doing some planning for a new ecourse.  Below you will find a link to the survey I am currently conducting.  It will only be open for another day or so and then I will close it. I would love it if you could take a quick minute to give me some feedback on ecourses.
